Must be living in Doha – candidates outside the region will not be considered  

Our client is looking for an Operations Specialist to join their beautiful offices based in Doha.  A fantastic opportunity for a highly organised Operations Specialist to join a growing company.  This is a busy and varied role which involved running the office and managing all events.  You must be confident with maintaining an office at high standards ensuring all health and safety measures are adhered to, vendor management, office support etc.   

Duties Include:

  • Manage and take ownership of the office
  • Working to implement policies, facilities, health and safety
  • Manage office supplies/ stock
  • Point of contact for vendors
  • Manage licence renewals
  • Liaising with building maintenance and providers
  • Overseeing/ negotiating contracts for cleaning/ maintenance etc
  • Facility management overseeing health and safety standards are met
  • Managing office budgets and overseeing projects/ refurbishments
  • Meet and greet stakeholders being the point of contact
  • Onboard new starters working closely with HR/ Finance/ Recruitment teams
  • Project management of office space
  • Coordinate with budgets  
  • Manage and oversee events – team and office events
  • General administration and day-to-day duties


To be successful in this Operations specialist role you must exhibit a high level of resourcefulness in a fast-paced environment, and it is essential you have Operations or Office Management experience. You must have strong administration skills and be comfortable liaising with people of all seniority levels.   The ideal candidate must have solid experience working in a corporate environment.


  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Highly proficient in analytical, written and verbal communications
  • Team player
  • Positive can-do attitude
  • Be discreet with confidential information 
  • Personable, loyal, professional


  • 8+ years working as an Office Manager / Operations Specialist
  • Arabic speaking – preferable  
  • Degree educated
  • Project management / managing a team
  • Experience working in a finance or professional services – international presence
  • Must be residing in Doha
