UK (Regional) SALARY: £32,000 - £40,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
A varied HR Advisor position for a leading independent company based in Wiltshire.
This is a permanent role for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a long-term career role within a vibrant, supportive team. The role reports directly into the Director and manages one direct report, a HR Administrator.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Leading Employee Relations cases from brief to resolution
- Managing the appraisal process, reviewing the current system and providing guidance for updates and improvements
- Leading and advising on HR Project work
- Reviewing, assessing and updating HR legislation such as policies, processes and the employee handbook in line with UK employment law legislation and best practice
- Supporting on the full employee life cycle – recruitment, contracts and offers, onboarding, training, and development, all the way through to offboarding
- Overseeing payroll
- Managing the L&D budget and facilitating career development and learning opportunities for employees
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 3+ years working within a HR position
- Level 5 CIPD or equivalent university degree ideally
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in UK HR and employment law
- Experienced in managing a range of Employee Relations cases
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience at developed HR Policies and processes that adhere to UK employment law legislation
- Strong understanding of HRIS and HR systems such as SAP, Cezanne, Workday, etc
The role is based in Wiltshire and ideally you will hold a full valid drivers license.
