Systems Engineer - Digital Workplace
Within this exciting opportunity, you will join the Digital Business Technology team, responsible for introducing new services and ensuring the successful operation of the digital workplace. We are seeking a passionate, communicative, and solution-oriented individual with 3-5+ years of experience in the tech sector, particularly with Microsoft technologies.
Your Contribution
- Design end-to-end solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity, primarily utilizing M365 solutions.
- Continuously improve services to deliver added value to the business.
- Collaborate closely with client teams and the transformation team to propose, co-design, and implement adoption strategies that drive increased digital workplace service consumption.
- Inspire and educate employees on leveraging productivity tools in their daily work, sharing your knowledge of new technologies.
- Proactively provide 3rd level support for products based on ownership and trust.
- Support the integration of Azure AD and Office 365 solutions.
- Collaborate with the Global IT and Swiss security/compliance team to implement global standards and policies for workplace-related topics.
- Engage with external providers for incident and request oversight.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a similar field.
- Proficiency in Endpoint Workspace Management, including Azure AD, GPO, MEM/Intune, and MS Defender.
- Extensive experience with M365 administration and design, particularly with MS Teams, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online.
- Experience in the application of architecture patterns and frameworks.
- Familiarity with Power Platform.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
