London (West End) SALARY: £50,000 - £60,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Responsible for ensuring the teams timely and accurate processing of payroll in multiple countries including; UK, Canada, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Australia.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll and tax laws are met, (I.e. PSA, P11D, P60, and overseas equivalents).
• Leadership on any payroll system upgrades and implementations, including technology selection and best practice process rollout.
• Advising on any technical payroll matters arising, such as Termination payments, benefits and statutory payments.
• Manage relationships with external Payroll vendors, employees and other benefit providers.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, the ability to understand the impact of payroll activity on financial statements to aid the Finance teams reporting requirements.
• Working closely with HR to track headcount against budget, as well as improving the benefits package across the Group.
WHAT YOU WILL HAVE:
• Must have minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a related role.
• Must have highly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organisation.
• A strong academic background.
• Pro- active approach and seek constant improvement in all aspects of their work.
• Energetic and enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills to be able to create and apply relevant principals to support required payroll reporting.
• Experience of working for a multinational would be a significant advantage.
• Experience of working in an organisation that deals with commissions structures is desirable.
