Alex Luke

Alex began her career in London and Paris, working within the luxury hotel market before she returned to the UK to manage the estate of a prominent Middle Eastern family. She enjoyed sourcing people for various roles, so she moved to a search firm within the luxury hospitality market before joining the pre-opening team of a leading business club, where she recruited all their personnel. Alex has also worked as a part-time private PA for several high-profile individuals, so she has experience from both sides of the desk!
For the past 20 years, Alex has focussed on what she loves: placing a wide range of secretarial and admin roles for boutique firms in the City & West End. She has also been part of overseeing the onboarding team for a leading investment management firm.
Alex describes herself as a ‘generalist’, with extensive people management skills. This has enabled her to build long-lasting relationships with both employers and jobseekers.
What makes you fiercely distinctive?
As the eternal optimist, I’m someone who prefers to push through on what can be done rather than dwell on what can’t!
