Nicola Watson
Head of HR Division
Nicola began her career at a boutique recruitment agency in Covent Garden before emigrating to Sydney, where she worked as a dual Human Resources and Internal Talent Specialist. After gaining her qualification from the Australian Human Resources Institute, Nicola joined a luxury cruise company as the on-board Human Resources Manager whilst it cruised around the Mediterranean and Norway. The new challenges and unique environment of this role further deepened her passion for human resources, diversity and inclusion, employee wellbeing, and learning and development.
Now settled back in London, Nicola has joined Tiger Recruitment as the Head of HR Division and enjoys connecting high-calibre HR professionals with leading companies.
When not in the office, Nicola is a passionate horse rider and combines this with her love of travel, having ridden in Africa, India, and Sri Lanka so far.
