Maryanne joined the Tiger team in 2019 and has over 5 years’ experience in recruiting temporary /contract roles across the City of London. During this time, Maryanne has built up and maintains strong relationships with her clients, always going over and beyond, really understanding their needs which has resulted in Tiger becoming top performing agency in a very competitive market. She recently relocated to Dubai bringing her passion and drive and has settled in quickly developing relationships across the GCC region.
Maryanne takes pride in gaining a deeper understanding as to what her client’s recruitment needs and requirements are, learning what they do, their work culture and environment. Moreover, her style of working has always been honest, approachable and takes pride in seeing job satisfaction.
What makes you fiercely distinctive?
I love a challenge and I am definitely a people person! So now I have relocated, my aim is to continue developing my skills and knowledge, recruiting across 2 regions, and expanding into different companies and industries. I understand the drive of the business and want to show our clients and job seekers the opportunities Tiger can give. I am also a huge foodie, so I know the best spots to dine in town!
