Property Manager

Job Summary:  

A private individual with homes in Pound Ridge and NYC is looking for a Property Manager to manage all aspects of his ten acre estate in Pound Ridge NY.  He seeks to hire a pleasant, presentable, intelligent, and experienced Property Manager to support with the day-to-day of the estate. 

Property Manager Responsibilities: 

• Meeting with the principal to discuss plans, events, and general grounds requirements
• Demonstrating hands-on approach to the daily ground’s maintenance, ensuring everything is working smoothly, if not, managing all repairs / issues immediately
• Managing calendar for regular maintenance of grounds
• Scheduling and supervising all vendors and contractors
• Maintaining vehicles, insurance, gas-level, and registration always
• Creating protocols, household, and service manuals
• Overseeing all deliveries, renovation projects and general maintenance of the grounds
• Making the principal aware of any necessary repairs or purchases related to the grounds
• Assisting with the coordination of special events and management
• Various seasonal upkeep and changes of the grounds

Applicant Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years prior property manager experience
• Comfortable getting their hands dirty 
• Easy going
