Head of Talent Acquisition – MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE

Dubai, UAE SALARY: 20,000 AED - 30,000 AED PER: Month TERM: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities
- Develop job descriptions and job postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each position
- Source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards,
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the hiring process from start to finish, including extending job offers and negotiating compensation packages
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a positive candidate experience
- Build and implement an onboarding program to ensure new hires are set up for success
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, MUST HAVE REAL ESTAE EXPERINCE.
- Experience building HR processes and onboarding programs from scratch
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, environment
- Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates
