Legal Recruitment Consultant – Dubai

The Tiger Dubai team is seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their growing office. This role will suit a proactive self-starter who is eager and excited about building new client relationships whilst dealing with a busy workload. You will be confident dealing with clients face to face & over the phone and will have excellent interpersonal skills.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, which will include but not limited to; 

• Writing and advertising job roles, attracting candidates to register with Tiger
• Uploading candidate information accurately on Internal Database
• Building on and expanding existing client relationships
• Taking detailed job briefs, ensuring you understand entirely what the client is looking for Ensuring that all roles are filled with the best candidate

About you;

• You will be a team player
• Must have 3 years Legal recruitment experience
• You will be ambitious and have an entrepreneurial spirit
• You will be a motivated and driven individual with lots of intuitive
• High attention to detail
• A problem solver with the ability to think on the spot
• A minimum of one to three years recruitment experience within recruitment

Salary AED 20,000 -25,000
