London (City of) SALARY: £65,000 - £75,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
My client is a highly reputable consultancy looking for an experienced HR Manager to support their growth plans and HR needs. This role will be on a part time basis of 3 days a week and is a standalone role, so will suit a very self-motivated individual.
The key role responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding lifecycle
- Manage the full recruitment process from creating the JD with the hiring manager, benchmarking salaries, advertising the role, through to interviewing candidates and offering the roles, and then onboarding and ensuring the candidate journey runs smoothly
- Helping develop the business strategy from a People & Culture side
- Own the full Learning and Development remit including utilising external suppliers when needed
- Providing support, guidance, and advice to line managers within the business, on all HR and Recruitment related matters, in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure all legal and compliance matters are looked after, utilising external lawyers where needed
Skills and experience required:
- Minimum 5+ years working within a Senior HR Generalist role
- Previous experience working in a stand alone role is a strong advantage
- Recruitment experience including interviewing, direct sourcing, pipelining
- High EQ with a natural skill for building relationships with stakeholders
- Able to work to tight deadlines and prioritise – extremely organised
