Human Resources Business Partner

An excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a leading financial services firm. 

The role is ideal for someone who is looking to make a longterm career move into a dynamic, inclusive team based in the West End. The role is a standalone position, but sits within a wider global Human Resources team and reports into a the Global Chief People Officer. 

Role & Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior Internal Stakeholders, providing HR guidance and counsel. 
• Be a point of contact for business managers, supporting and advising on HR related matters.
• Managing employee relations cases and partnering with the legal department when needed.
• Support the configuration and implementation of the new HRIS roll out.
• Consulting with senior leadership to develop and manage performance and compensation review process.
• Manage the employee benefit programmes.
• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Use internal data and metrics to create and draft reports.
• Take ownership of HR initiatives and HR Projects.
• Work alongside managers and talent teams to strategise and develop hiring plans to meet company growth plans and business objectives.

Skills and Experience required:

• 6+ Years of experience in a HR role ideally within financial services, wealth management or private equity.
• Confidence in handling and manipulating data for wider company reporting and presentations.
• Confidence in ability to gain buy-in from stakeholders quickly and maintain strong professional relationships.
• CIPD qualified to level five or seven, or equivalent university degree ideally.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in using MS Office.
