London (City of) SALARY: £35,000 - £38,000 PER: Annum TERM: Permanent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Officer for a property company based in London. This is a full time role based in the office 5 days a week and would suit someone looking for a varied and exciting role with a keen focus on L&D!
Role & Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact on all things HR and L&D
- Delivering Trainings in person to team members
- Support the full employee lifecycle from an admin perspective from on-boarding and inductions through to off-boarding and exit interviews
- Ensure that all internal systems are kept up to date
- Work on Employee Engagement initiatives
- liaising with training providers organising external trainings for team members
- Sourcing candidates and organising and sitting in on interviews
- Partner with the HR Manager and other senior stakeholders on HR project work
Skills & Experience required:
- Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or property
- Experience supporting onboarding and other L&D functions
- Knowledge of compliance and safer recruitment checks
- Be a self-starter, with a ‘do attitude’
- Highly organised and ability to prioritise according to deadlines
- Strong IT skills across
