Learning & Development Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Development Officer for a property company based in London. This is a full time role based in the office 5 days a week and would suit someone looking for a varied and exciting role with a keen focus on L&D!

Role & Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact on all things HR and L&D
• Delivering Trainings in person to team members
• Support the full employee lifecycle from an admin perspective from on-boarding and inductions through to off-boarding and exit interviews
• Ensure that all internal systems are kept up to date
• Work on Employee Engagement initiatives
• liaising with training providers organising external trainings for team members
• Sourcing candidates and organising and sitting in on interviews
• Partner with the HR Manager and other senior stakeholders on HR project work

Skills & Experience required:

• Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or property
• Experience supporting onboarding and other L&D functions
• Knowledge of compliance and safer recruitment checks
• Be a self-starter, with a ‘do attitude’
• Highly organised and ability to prioritise according to deadlines
• Strong IT skills across
