EA to Head of Sustainable Investment and Wider Team

London (City of) SALARY: £22 - £25 PER: Hour TERM: Temporary

A world leading Financial services organisation with beautiful offices based in central London are currently actively recruiting for an experienced, highly capable EA to support the Head of Sustainable Investment as well as the wider team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Team and project management tasks:

- Facilitate the on-boarding of new hires.

- Edit presentations and reports, proofreading documents for appropriate grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

 • Assist with meeting logistical tasks, including:

- Responding to ad-hoc requests for meeting information, dial-in details, and scheduling. Generating and distributing monthly meeting dial-in numbers.

- Sending reminder emails to speakers and assistants.

- Aggregate quarterly team metrics.

- Upload materials to the internal file-sharing platform and maintain basic site hygiene

- Assist with other workshop logistics (acquiring room bookings, phone line reservations, printing for rooms).

• Administrative tasks:

- Provide administrative support: maintain calendars; schedule meetings; coordinate conference rooms; assist with AV needs and catering; set up and breakdown hospitality for internal and external meetings; make files and copies.

- Handle travel planning including airline reservations, hotel accommodations, car rental reservations, and car service arrangements.

- Process expense reports with accurate billing and out-of-pocket reimbursements via Concur.

Requirements:

• Five years of corporate administrative/analyst experience in roles that collaborated with external clients and executive management, preferably in a top financial services firm.

• Superior skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; experience and proficiency working with automated expense tracking, online travel, and similar systems.

• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Passion for team building, forging connections, and fostering firm culture.

• Strong time management skills: ability to balance concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines.

• Able and willing to work independently.
