Receptionist for Private Equity Firm

Reception Role for busy Private Equity Firm, based near Victoria Station, 5 days a week in the Office 

This role has the opportunity to go permanent for right fit 

Duties will include:

• Greeting guests
• Guest enquiries 
• Answering call and emails 
• Ordering Office supplies 
• Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post 
• Occasional project work 
• Ad hoc duties with the wider team 
• Helping to maintain a high level professional Office space
